Dave Hare tells us about his unique vision of the female form

Dave has been active as a photographer for many decades, but he didn’t always focus on the female form. He started as a commercial and advertising photographer. After 20 years working as a photographer he began photographing more and more people. It was in the mid 90’s that he realized that the female form would be his ultimate niche.

His view on his work is that client, photographer and model have a common goal and that is being satisfied with the end result: the photo. This is one of the reasons that Dave Hare loves to work with Photoshop. The program gives him the possibility to achieve the perfect result. In his view it is not manipulating the image:

"I use it in a way that a conventional photographer would use his dark room."

Dave Hare has worked for many renowned showcase sights and has also been featured in the “Through the Lens” section of “Jade” magazine.
